We offer pattern resizing and will sell the right to patterns we have developed if you are interested in obtaining a full-size (or any size) copy of the pattern for your use. You are permitted to copy and print content from this site for soley private personal uses only, in other words, you should not redistribute this site's contents in newsletters, blogs, or any other form or use it for commercial gain without contacting us first and getting an approval.

Your privacy is protected on this website. This website does not store personally identifiable information for either Stained Glass of McKinney or Jacqui's Creation Inc. Cookies are not needed by this site (the web server may generate some for session control however), and any information submitted by a form is not stored on the site.
Our Internet hosting company (siteserver.net) does track usage metrics on all of it's websites using Livestats. JCI uses the statistical information our provider offers to detect problems and refine the website, however, the information we see does not personally identify you. Additionally, our mailing list service is provided by Constant Contact, who maintains their own set of privacy and spam policies.
If you ever wish to correct any information you have sent to us using a form, please contact us using the info request form, our info email address, phone, postal mail, or in person. Information about web browsers that visit the site (obtained by our web service provider and the Google systems) generally cannot be updated or modified, since we have no way of identifying who is using what browser.

Neither SGM or JCI uses or needs personal information about you when you use this website, and we will never ask for personal financial information via email or on this website, as we consider it insecure. Please delete any emails requesting personal financial information such as bank information immediately.
You may receive emails supposedly addressed from (or to) someone from our company that are bogus. It is unfortunate that many viruses are now able to use fake email addresses, however, this is a problem that ALL companies face today. As always, you are more than welcome to contact us via phone if you have questions.
We provide links to other websites when we find them helpful (such as Google) or have a business relationship with them (such as book publishers). We have no control over their site and their privacy rules. If you ever encounter legal violations, poor service, or privacy concerns with someone we link to, please inform us.
We use Google Analytics to track website usage. Since we depend on images to display our work and present our services, we need to know what website design works best with your browser, so we value information like browser type, screen resolution, and color depth using the javacript. It's important to us to build a web page that displays correctly in your browser, no matter what text size you use or monitor size you use. We also try to ensure that our web pages meet most accessibility standards in force today.
Again, nothing that could identify you personally is stored by this system. You are welcome to disable javascript in your browser for our site if you feel the need to do so, the main thing you will lose is web form error checking and the ability to zoom into some pictures. We will not use banner ads. In fact, if you ever see these on our website, something is wrong, and we really want to know about it!
Information you submit to us via website form or email is received by our store staff, who will promptly try to answer your request. Unless we have an indication that you wish us to continue to contact you (such as your request to subscribe to a mailing list, or, for example, you want us to email you if a class opening occurs for something happening next month), we will not retain your information. Website tracking data is retained by Google Analytics and Siteserver according to their policies and does not contain personally identifiable information.
iCalendar is a W3C standard that allows calendar items, events, and other scheduling related data to be sent between mail systems. Outlook 2002 and newer will accept an iCalendar file and add the information to your default personal calendar. We offer the ability for an event on our master calendar to be downloaded directly into your personal calendar using the iCalendar format, sparing you the task of having to write it down or enter it manually. We may include a URL in the description back to the website, but there should be no scripts or other attachments in the file. Your web and email client may ask you if you want to allow the import for security reasons. From our limited testing with Google Calendaring and Outlook, the download appears to cause no security risks.
Please note that we gather no data when you import an event to your calendar, so you must still contact us to register for the class or to cancel your enrollment.
